Check-in and Guests

• All guest passes will be tracked electronically. If you have a question about how many guest passes you have available just ask the pool manager or a door worker.
• Guest passes may be purchased for $10 each at the door.
• Any student under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person (14 years or older) to enter the pool.
• Anyone under the age of 12 not accompanied by an adult may  be given a swim test upon arrival.

Concessions

• We will have drinks, candy, and other snacks available for purchase at the concession stand. Cash Only.
• Food and drinks (with exception of water) are not permitted on the concrete area of the pool.

Clubhouse 

• The clubhouse area is for staff and private party use only.
• Clubhouse will be available for private rentals throughout the season.

Pool Rules

• Members are required to accompany all guests.
• No running, pushing or horseplay.
• No offensive language.
• No glass containers
• Stay off the ropes.
• Look before you leap: Watch out for others.
• Dive in the deep end only.
• Dive in the deep end only.
• During breaks, no one under the age of 21 is allowed in the pool area for safety purposes.
• Any student under the age of 12 is not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by a responsible person (14 years of age or older).
• No food or drink by the pool edge or in the pool.
• No smoking in the pool area.
• Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time.
• For safety, diaper age children must wear plastic pants or swim diapers
• Help keep our pool clean. . . Please pick up your trash!

*anyone who violates these rules may be asked to leave the pool area*

Pool Breaks

• Mandatory safety breaks will take place for 15 min at the top of every hour

Inclement Weather Policy

Temperature:  The pool will not open in the event the air temperature is not above 65 degrees F. 

Thunder:  In the presence of thunder, the pool and surrounding areas will be cleared for 15 minutes.  No one will be allowed in/near the pool area.

Lightning:  In the case where lightning is sited, the pool and surrounding area will be cleared for 30 minutes.  No one will be allowed in/near the pool area.

In the case where a storm does not clear up, the manager on duty may close the pool for the afternoon or evening.  If a storm moves in during the morning hours, the pool will attempt to reopen that afternoon weather permitting, whereas if a storm moves in during the evening hours, the pool will close early for the day.

Refund Policy

PRORATED CASH REFUNDS AFTER OPENING DAY WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO MEMBERS WHO ARE MOVING OUT OF HANCOCK COUNTY
